“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

She created a portfolio with 3D renderings of each room including interior and exterior paint colors and lighting options. Brittany was friendly and professional and super helpful when it came to making decisions! I would recommend her again!!”
