“We live in an up and coming area of Manchester and made the decision that we would rather max out the use of the space of our well proportioned mid-terrace property, than the cost of upsizing in the area we would want to live in. So we employed Bespoke living to help realise the potential of our house something that we have no regrets in doing! For Dave came out and gave us some really progressive and imaginative layouts for the whole property. Not just offering one option but a variety dependent upon budget/planning etc. This was great for us to become more decisive on what we actually wanted and our now progressing with a loft conversion accommodating a guest bedroom with ensuite and a redistribution of the ground floor that creates a more flowing open plan feel whilst bringing a bigger kitchen with dinning island to the centre of the house. We would highly recommend Dave as his knowledge, enthusiasm and vision helped us realise what we actually needed.”

“We moved from London to Bramhall last year and secured Auric Design Studio to Design and Project manage the interior of our new home. Each room was considered on its own merit and carpets, painting and decorating, lighting, furniture and flooring were expertly chosen to produce a classic, unique feel in each room. I loved each and every room and the overall feel. Working with Jose and the team was a dream; creative and efficient, nothing was ever too much. I would not hesitate in recommending the team and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Jose and team for transforming our house into our home!”

“We have been delighted with RMD, with their designs and the transformations of a house into our home. We had originally created the floor space but struggled with how to finish it to realise its full potential and create a home that was right for us. RMD suggested themes, textures and colours that we would never have considered ourselves but that we really love. Presenting a number of options to better understand our preferences was a great part of the process – even merging some themes to get to the best result for us. It was a collaborative process throughout and once the team got to know us, the designs for further rooms were straightforward. “My old bathroom was very dated and dark. I knew I wanted to remove the bath and replace it with a large walk in shower but couldn’t figure out how the space would work. Pete used the 3D room design to show me how the reimagined space would work and how the colour scheme would look. I wasn’t sure about how the mirror would look in next to the window but Pete encouraged me to try this innovative method and explained why it would work. It completely made the bathroom and creates lots of light. I’m so pleased with how the bathroom has looked. Thank You so much!”

“Paul, and his team have worked with me throughout the house buying process to create the right layout for my house and then source the perfect furniture to make it look like how I want it. I just have to give him some basic ideas, and he just goes off and finds the perfect pieces. It's great! Some of what he sources is new and some of it is vintage/mid century but over all it just has got my house looking like I imagined it in my head if that makes sense.”

“|I hired J Rowan Design to re-design 2 bedrooms and a living room in my 1940s end terrace home. Jessie was patient and professional at all times and went above and beyond the level of service that I would have expected. So in fact, I got great value for my budget. Jessie's quirky style helped me to think about different ways of looking at my space and I really valued her flexibility and creativity. Jessie is also a very good listener and she was able to translate my vision into a lovely practical and relaxing living environment. I am planning to buy a holiday home in France in the next 6 months and I am hoping that J Rowan Interior Design can be persuaded to put my own stamp on that home as well. Very highly recommended.”
