“We had the pleasure of working with Gemma to update our family room and kitchen. The results are outstanding! Gemma's incredible eye for design and extremely professional working style made the project a pleasure from start to finish. Gemma has an excellent eye for detail and architecture. She took my many inspiration photos and created new spaces that feel as though they've always been in our home. She thought of every last detail, so the spaces feel truly finished. Gemma is a great communicator and there were no surprises. She was clear about what our budget would permit, and was creative about making it work. She has excellent taste and has clear opinions, which helped me make good decisions. Gemma has outstanding resources in Chicago and long working relationships with those vendors -- it was clear how much they trust and respect her taste. From furniture to artwork to window treatments to accessories, she can make anything happen. We are thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely work with her again. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.”

“We loved working with Ana. She gave us a great consultation on our kitchen remodel. We had a constrained budget; however, Ana was incredibly accommodating to our needs and budget restrictions and gave us great suggestions for cabinet color, countertop material, appliance/fixture sourcing, and furniture (bar stools) selection that integrated perfectly with our desired aesthetic. We were able to execute her design suggestions easily with her guidance and everything ultimately came in within budget to our delight. The final result is a very clean, modern kitchen that we absolutely love! We were so pleased with her work that we asked her to help us with remodeling our tenants kitchen downstairs. She chose neutral but modern colors and helped us choose countertops that would be durable without compromising style. She has a very good eye for clean, modern spaces that are functional and attractive, and she is good about listening to your requirements and proposing designs that work for your needs. I highly recommend working with her.”

“I have worked with Leah for many years and she is always available for my design projects. She is intuitive and able to translate my vague design ideas into lovely, warm and inviting space.s Leah is detail oriented and will follow through fully with any request. I so appreciate that Leah is happy to provide both high end and less expensive choices. She happily mixes what I already own with the items purchased through her. I also dearly love that she is willing to give her opinion and does so very gently. I would definitely use her again.”

“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. Laura is very efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Elizabeth Paul Design began design work on my home in mid-July 2022 with an evaluation of current furnishings followed by sending pics of various furniture. A visit to the furniture store followed about a week later. Elizabeth has displayed her enthusiasm to fulfill the project and has the capability to understand her clients needs, i.e knowing type of furniture someone may desire. Thus far, the modern contemporary style has been the goal. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture, carpet, artwork and light fixtures in the living room, kitchen and den. The project is on pace not to overwhelm financially with a few more rooms at a later date. In addition, Elizabeth has been designing the garden/landscape as the exterior my home has minimal flowers or other vegetation. She is very knowledgable on coordinating colors and style etc. to meet a flow pattern room to room or grouping of exterior flowers/shrubs. I look forward to continuing working with Elizabeth for as long as the project will take....photos will be provided or upon request.”

“Jennifer helped us select paint colors and window treatments (blinds and draperies) for our new condominium. For the window blinds, she worked with the manufacturer's rep to ensure measurements were accurate and then, upon arrival of the blinds, managed the installation process. She also quickly handled one unexpected problem that occurred, saving us the headache! The move was a challenging one, but Jennifer's calm demeanor, attention to detail AND commitment to ensuring that we realized any cost savings that we could, made our experience a delightful one. We were VERY pleased with the results and would highly recommend her to others.”

“Laurel Feldman was the interior designer and detail "go-to" person on our project. The project included gutting and re-designing the kitchen and decorating the living room, dining room and entry hall. Some of the new design consisted of opening walls in both the living room and dining room and creating a space where the kitchen is open and it all flows from one room to another. Laurel also designed a wall of built-in cabinets for the living room along with cabinetry and shelving for the dining room. She was also involved in re-designing the lighting, new flooring and removing wood paneling from the entire area. And of course...after all that...Laurel chose paint colors, wallpaper, light fixtures, furniture and accessories for our new space. Her knowledge and attention to detail enhanced all the choices she brought to us...always listening to what we wanted and making sure our thoughts balanced with the look we were envisioning. Laurel was able to help us use all our personal things that we wanted to exhibit and make our traditional favorite things work in our new mid-century modern space. She also helped us accessorize by picking some new items that soon became as comfortable to us as if we owned them forever. It was this personalization of finishing the project that made the difference. She envisioned the outdoors and surrounding ravines of our property as being part of the decor and helped us bring the outside indoors for us. It is a pleasure to come home every single day to the space that Laurel helped us create!”
