Over the years we have worked together where Jenny has contracted myself to complete the kitchen and bathrooms designs for her clients based on the design briefs she has written. Jenny would put together clear and concise briefs which made her a dream interior designer to work with! “We had the absolute pleasure of Kate from Studio Heim’s assistance in the design and execution of a nursery for our first born. Having a professional guide and support us through the rather daunting nesting process proved invaluable, and we were delighted to find the experience far more relaxed and straightforward than we could have ever expected. From just an initial conversation and a Pinterest board, Kate was able to extract the very essence of our needs and wants, and bring into reality something that not only matched them, but exceeded them. Kate was always available to us and open to any queries we might have, and responded with ingenious and beautiful solutions. For personal reasons, we were unfortunately away from home during the actual assembly of the nursery, but Kate and her team worked so carefully in our absence. Upon our return, we were overjoyed to discover she had created the perfect space for us and baby - a nursery beyond anything we could have imagined or hoped for. “Interior solutions are run by a dynamic hard working, inivative couple Mark and Nicola, I have had the pleasure of working alongside them and their company and team on numerous projects now, some large some small and honestly don’t have anything but positive feedback to give, they are relentless in their strive for perfection, if a job isn’t perfect it’s not good enough.. if it could be done better then again it’s not good enough. I both admire respect and recommend interior solutions to anyone who expects nothing but the best. “Camilla Pringle designed my kitchen, and provided the trades that were required. She managed to source a local manufacturer of the units I wanted which was a bonus because it meant that I could visit their showroom and inspect the actual product and see painted doors etc when choosing a colour. She suggested that I have a lighter colour on the wall units and a darker colour on the base units to make the room look lighter and also suggested an alternative position for my fridge freezer for the same reason. These are things I would never have thought of and so her experience was invaluable. My new kitchen is beautiful and functions wonderfully well. I am very pleased.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure and journey working with Elina on the renovation of our 1930's property on the road down to the beach at Bamburgh. It was a fantastic location and good house but it was tired. It needed restored and updated to make it into the wonderful seaside retreat it is today. Decodence have been a wonderful company to work with - always attentive, knowledgable, full of ideas (both sensible and creative), and it was a genuine relationship of discovery and design as we worked out what was best for the house and us. We now have a beautiful, practical and wonderful home!”

“Fiona Morrison was asked to furnish the interior of an apartment that I had taken on as a manger for holiday letting. Her vision was excellent, starting with mood boards, she was clear in her ideas and how she saw the apartment taking shape. At every decision I had confidence in her and her ability. When an item wasn't in stock, she quickly sourced another that complemented the room. The apartment is now let out to holiday guests and comments coming back from them as well as the owners on the decor and ambience of the apartment have been nothing less than five star. I wholeheartedly recommend Fiona.”

“I hired Mila to renovate and modernise my traditional Victorian flat in Edinburgh after seeing how she transformed two properties for a friend in London. Both properties were later sold and made fantastic profit. Mila listened to my ideas and took over the project. She completely renovated the bathroom, recycled my old Victorian free-standing bath and an old, aged mirror. All floors throughout the flat were sanded down, transforming the tired flat to an elegant home with a touch of modernity. The living room got a makeover as well as the dining area. Now all rooms really flow well together thanks to Mila's incredible eye for colour and texture. Now I am really happy with my flat, it is gorgeous and super practical for everyday life.”
