“Jen did a total kitchen remodel for us. Our kitchen is very small. Without adding square footage or knocking down walls, it visually appears to be twice its original size. The amount of storage we now have is probably 3 times what we had previously. The space is so user-friendly now. Jen listened carefully to what we wanted and was sensitive to our decorating style. He took all of our “likes”, “dislikes”, notes, and clippings and turned them into the perfect home for us. It not only fits our lifestyle and allows us to “age in place”, but it is the quintessential northern Michigan home and fits perfectly into our riverside location. Everyone who sees our house compliments us on it. Brad and his staff were also a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and client-focused. Even though one of us is extremely detail-oriented and obsessed over every detail, they never lost their patience and made every effort to address our questions and concerns. At the end of that process, Brad not only delivered a high quality design to us, but helped us find the right builder to implement it. He and his team also provided support throughout the build process, which allowed us to live 250 miles away and not have to worry about how things were going.
