“All of the work done by Peninsula Modern is clean, contemporary and uniquely designed. Every detail is examined and household decisions (such as using a cupboard used exclusively for coffee or what to do with extra space over a garage) are cleverly solved. I have worked with Tiffiny on a few projects and she is easy going and decisive, and the team she works with is the best at what they do. I would highly recommend Peninsula Modern.”

“Kerstin worked with us on a bathroom remodel. It was evident from the start that she has a broad base of knowledge in design and construction. We were impressed with how she worked with vendors and contractors, taking control of the project in a professional manner. She understands what the client wants while at the same time offers valuable opinions. Our project was completed without a hitch and we could not be happier. “I hired Gamble Interior Design actually through associates that are in San Fransisco CA ,I called Jeni and she came down to Los Angeles to work on my 1927 Tudor revival, I was very interested in finding someone who would stay true to the era while modernizing my home at the same time. ,I was very impressed with her vision of the space and knowledge of the era and am extremely happy with her work! Phase 1 is complete ! Am am excited about starting phase 2 "the Kitchen" (yikes) ,at the end of the month, but I have to say I'm excited to see what inspiration she brings to the table !”

Not only does she have impeccable taste, she is able to find the happy medium between my husband and me (we have very different views on what we want). She understands clients' needs including style and price points. She has been so accommodating with our schedule - she is more than happy to meet with us late in the evenings or the weekends given our hectic work schedules. I would highly recommend Sindhu to anyone who wants a simple room remodel or a huge house construction/re-decoration.”

“We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”

“I absolutely loved working with Laura during our house renovation - she helped make our house into our dream home! Laura’s expertise, creativity, and sense of style have been invaluable through the entire design and selection process. She carefully listens to her clients and helps with the whole process from design to the finishing touches. Laura has a wonderful eye for detail and color. She pays close attention to the big picture as well as to every little detail. She was instrumental in every step of our remodel - from helping with the layout, creating the CAD drawings for permits, recommending vetted contractors and vendors with whom she has great relationships, to helping with design ideas and choosing the right materials. We couldn’t be happier with the final results! Laura is truly a talented designer and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her for any kind of interior decoration, design, or remodel projects.”
