“My husband and I have lived in our home for almost 30 years and apart from a few updates in the past, we knew our home needed some freshening up. We called Karen Vander Werp of Transforming Interiors and with her amazing vision and incredible eye for detail, our dining/living room has been completely redone and we are so thrilled with the results! She was able to work with a few pieces of furniture that we wanted to keep and incorporated them into an updated an amazing look. From painting our tire woodwork, painting our oak table, modernizing our 3-way fireplace with faux painting and adding a new seating area with beautiful window treatments, the dining room was completely transformed. It was the same with the living room a year later. She was able to see options that we wouldn't have noticed or thought of. From artwork to furniture to accessories to window treatments, she was "spot on" every time. What we also appreciated was the way she listened to us and what our likes and dislikes were and would fins ways to ensure her vision, along with keeping our wants and needs. Plus she made it fun and interesting. We learned so much from her guidance. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with her now and will look forward to when we will get a chance to do so again in the future.”

“Loved working with Kristine. She designed the remodel of our first floor! This included kitchen, bathroom, family room, living room, dining room, and backdoor entry. She was professional and had so many wonderful creative ideas ! She worked within our budget and the end result was spectacular!! She is proactive and her problem solving skills kept us moving forward with no glitches. I highly recommend Kristine !”
