“Karen was engaged to help plan and organize the great room of our new home. The room was larger than our previous living room, a different shape, and a complete different color scheme than we had. She helped with deciding which pieces of our current furniture would work, suggested pieces we might want to purchase (and offering suggestions of where we might shop), the layout of the room for best functionality and how to dress the walls. Karen’s warm and calm personality makes working with her very pleasurable. She asks clients to complete a form so she can learn their style, desired uses of rooms, etc. She carefully listens to her clients and then helps plan their spaces to best fit them. She willing works with her clients’ circumstances, acknowledging that sometimes they are not in a position to complete the design plan all at once.
