“Gemma is amazing! We bought an empty holiday let and I was completely stuck and overwhelmed with the task of decorating and furnishing it all. I gave Gemma a loose idea of style and she came up with a brilliant scheme for every room, then sourced and fitted everything, from the sofas and beds down to the small accessories and kitchenware. “We found Chic on the Internet & were allocated Emma as our designer. We hit it off with her straight away & she quickly learnt how to work alongside us. She was very patient & professional & drew on our home & garden to come up with a design suitable for us. She had some good contacts & came up with some good prices for our lounge/staircase/landing project. We had a few blips, mainly with damaged goods arriving via on line buying. We found the ordering & returning of damaged goods the worst part of the whole project. In the main the workforce she employed were very good & although the whole project seemed to take a long time, we are highly satisfied with the end result.”

“We hired Abby to help transform our dated working environment into a a place which encouraged our employees back in to the office and truly reflected the dynamism of our brand. We wanted a 'home from home' feel, that re-engaged our workforce whilst being stylish, open and client facing. That said - I don't think we truly knew what this looked like; this is where Novo Design came into their own, they were heads and shoulders above any other organisation we were introduced to when it came to innovation and efficiency. Abby is a true talent, her ability to visualize is second to none and the whole project was seamless from start to finish; nothing was too much of an ask. The space is incredible and has significantly improved how we work together and collaborate as a business. Since the renovation, not one person has visited without commenting on how stunning it is; I couldn't recommend Novo Design anymore.”
