She selected cabinets with the look and features we wanted and put together an stunning layout to achieve a custom kitchen look. Kristina helped in selecting applicances to fit as well. She also visited the construction site and corrected the angle of the knee walls for the island to make sure everything was set for the install. Kristina made sure the best installer was assigned to our project knowing how important finishing details make a project look perfect. We found Ann and her employees to be fun, knowledgeable, and professional. We liked the items they selected and find the over all decorating effect to be just what we wanted. The paint colors work well, the furniture is stylish but comfortable, and delivery was accomplished in a professional manner. As with any job of this size, a few items did not fit or go well and they were promptly removed and the money used for other items. “We hired Bridget to design our gender neutral nursery and couldn't be happier with the outcome. At our initial visit, she got a feel for what kind of style we were looking for by having us show some items that we liked and she also brought some samples for us to go through. After that meeting, she put together a couple room options and had everything laid out for us. She made it extremely easy to picture the room finished by providing us with samples of fabrics, wallpaper, paint swatches, sketches and floor plans. This was crucial to us as we have a hard to visioning things complete by just talking about it. Once we nailed down our final decisions on all the items, Bridget got right to getting everything ordered and having all of the contractors hired (painters, window treatments, etc..). Each step of the way, she kept us well informed on the timelines, any delays and when things would be arriving. She handled everything and made the whole process so easy. Being 9 months pregnant, worrying about shipments and scheduling was the last thing I wanted to do. If we had any concerns or questions, Bridget was quick to reply to any calls or emails. Personally, that's one of my favorite things about her, her promptness. I've worked with other designers in the past and would get frustrated by how long it took to hear back on an email.
