“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! “We love our kitchen!!! The whole process was a great experience. Choosing our cabinets, granite countertop, floor tiles, paint and stain color was made so much easier with Nathan's guiding hand. His design ideas made all the difference in the world. Making some small changes like moving our range away from the wall added counter space to make cooking for two in a small kitchen much easier. Putting long tiles instead of square tiles made our kitchen look bigger. Being able to see design ideas in the RIKB showroom helped us visualize what our kitchen could be.
