“Kara and my design team at The Design Firm were excellent. I appreciated all the hard work put in by everyone and I was very impressed by the extent they took to take care of our liking. Even when a few things did not work out, replacing the accessories was no problem. I am so so happy with the end result (especially the large painting). “We moved to a larger home and needed help. Susan "got" my style immediately. She selected fabrics that I loved and also worked with some of the furniture I already had. She updated the bookshelves and fireplace so the house didn't look like it was built in the 90's! The walls were plastered in three rooms; custom furniture was designed & ordered along with draperies. Even five years after we did all this, friends remark how pretty our home is and people who come to the house for the first time, think the house is new. I still walk through very satisfied and loving what Susan did. I wanted a serene decor and that is the word people use when they see my home for the first time.”

“I can't thank Holley enough for all her hard work from beginning to end. So far, we have focused on my formal dining, living & kitchen knook areas. Holley was always in constant contact with me via phone calls a couple of times a week & e-mails and was always available when I had any questions or concerns. Her style & suggestions were right on par with my contemporary/modern style and we were both open to new ideas & recommendations to one another. Holley was very mindful of the deadline, very professional & fun to work with. She kept all of her appt. as promised and if she couldn't or something came up that was out of her control, she would give me ample notice. I really, really appreciate that. “I hired Jamie to update my powder room and she did a fabulous job! She bought in fresh colors and added a beautiful mirror and storage space. I had a pedestal sink and no where to put hand soap and guest towels. She fixed all that and it's beautiful. She was professial, patient and cheerful through the process and I'm very picky.”
