“Emile listened carefully to our requirements and designed our interiors to be functional, hard-working spaces as well as beautiful ones. It was helpful to be given a full break-down of items, labour and cost, and we were grateful to Emile for sourcing a few, cheaper alternatives where requested. He kept our budget in mind throughout the process and made sensible suggestions as to where to save and where to spend. We did not ask Emile for many changes to his original proposal but, where we did, Emile was accommodating, thoughtful and helpful. Emile then arranged for the project to be implemented, which is the best money we have ever spent. His contractors were second to none - experienced, talented, hard-working, tidy and polite. Emile's suppliers were also all excellent, and Emile liaised directly with all of them to take delivery of the furniture, paint, wallpaper, etc at the right stages of the project. Where problems were encountered (and I would stress there were few, and none of them were within Emile's control), Emile sorted them out calmly and efficiently. We cannot rate Emile highly enough.”

“Sandy is an absolutely outstanding professional. She is honest, trustworthy, incredibly hard working, will go above and beyond to deliver, super creative and talented, excellent eye for detail … There are so many positives that I could not possibly list them all. I can recommend her whole heartedly. She created the greek island themed bathroom for us. Picked the idea right out of my brain and brought it to paper, she even hand-painted the skirting boards for us. Sandy listens and thinks ahead. She always comes armed with ideas, without forcing them. I would work with Sandy again in an instant. She is a great person, great personality and over the project became a dear friend to us. Sandy has enourmous pride in what she does. For her, the job is never truly done. We know, that she is always only a phone call away, to help out with anything relating to the project. One word. Outstanding.”

“We were struggling to know what to do with our big open plan area, and Andrew helped us to structure it with layouts and colour schemes. As soon as we saw his first draft, we knew it was right to put up a wall so that we had a seperate snug and that living space. Andrew was patient when we changed our minds, but guided us through the process to ensure the design flowed and fitted the rooms. We are so pleased with the final result; love the colour scheme and pieces of furniture that he recommended. We would highly recommend Andrew for either small or big projects. Its been a pleasure to work with him.”

“We have been so blown away by Jason's work on our current loft conversion project, he didn't spare a single detail while working with us. He managed to capture the essence of our family style, while blending it with ID1's signature finishes, which we loved. Jason made most of the main decisions decor wise for us which took a great deal of stress away from us which was fantastic. The best thing about it was that he chose very similar finishes and materials to what we would have chosen if choosing ourselves, but he then used those products in a totally different way that we would have done which really enhanced the overall look. My partner and I can't recommend Jason enough, the process with him is so personal and exciting. He works efficiently and to budget which is great no matter what budget you have yourselves. Thanks Jason - onto the kitchen next!”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Sophie and her Team. Thoroughly professional, she listened carefully to what I was trying to achieve, offering lots of detailed advice even during the initial visit which was lengthy and very unhurried. Returning to her studio, she put together some beautiful fabrics and ideas which were not only within the budget but wonderfully eclectic, innovative and individual. This was in the form of a presentation and extensive notes. She has helped with so many aspects of the design of my house including curtains, blinds, paint colour, lighting, rugs and artwork - I am just delighted with everything she has done - looking forward to phase 2 !
