“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“Pamela Neel did a great job decorating our home. She took our style and ideas and turned our home into something beautiful. Pam was easy to work with and always arrived on time and was very professional. She is very detail oriented and made the experience of decorating our home very easy. Pam made sure to let us know when workers would be in our home and always stopped by to make sure that everything was going the way we had discussed. “We are a Destin local custom home builder and have been a customer of Sugar Beach Interiors for many many years. Used their services to furnish our model homes as well as our personal homes. Most recently they furnished our grown son and daughters first home purchase. Both homes turned out absolutely stunning and our kids are thrilled!!! They offer quality furnishings and accessories at competitive prices. Very knowledgeable in their trade and really helped us pull together the spaces into "the look" we were after. Best advice; Never go it alone, always use a professional decorator. You will be amazed at the difference it will make. Promise ! “We met with and hired Katy Bell after losing our builder in middle of our more than $500k remodel project. She immediately came to us with a vision and solution to our specific roadblocks including tying our exterior colors/style together and finding the right subcontractors to get the job done at a very reasonable price. She has listened to our requests respectively (even when she doesn't agree with them). She has inspired us with ideas that we never considered before and made us excited about our project again. More importantly, she has found ways to compromise on plans when my husband and I have not been able to agree on a direction. “I initially contracted with Minhnuyet to provide interior design services for my living room and breakfast room several months ago, with an estimated budget in place. The rooms have a very unusual floor plan and required real creativity, especially given that she had to use furnishings that I already had. She rearranged my furniture and made two key additional purchases that created a spectacular look, and came in under budget. She located a vendor who is providing uniquely designed solar shades for our large windows to complete the transformation. As a result of the quality of her work, she is now designing a plan for the library, and our bedroom is next. I cannot recommend Minhnuyet highly enough!”

“Emerald Ventures, Inc. built two homes to be featured in the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes. Parade homes need to WOW the crowds with the newest colors, innovations and styles. I sought out two local designers to help me accomplish this goal. Sarah was very excited to help out with our Madrid model. I was impressed with Sarah's energy and excitement about the process and selected features. She came prepared for each meeting and didn't mind rolling up her sleeves and staying late into the night to finish up the night before the parade. She has a background in new construction so she understood our limitations and timelines perfectly. I loved her suggestions and ideas. Thanks to Sarah and my other designer....our two homes were the hit of the Parade and we Wowed the crowds! I have already called Sarah to help me with my next project!”
