We were attracted to many of Nile’s designs on his website, and hired him after interviewing several other designers. He stood out from other designers in the ideas he could offer in only our first meeting. The job involved designing and furnishing our main floor rooms including family room, living room, dining room, and foyer in a large open concept house. “I have retained Karen Cronin on three significant projects. The most recent project was the move from my primary residence(4000 ft.² plus home) in South Jersey into my current residence (large two bedroom apartment at the Ritz residences in Philadelphia Pennsylvania). I am a divorced father of two. I own and run my own business. I work long hours and travel extensively. Bottom line-in a move like this I needed a tremendous amount of help, and based on my previous experience with Karen I had every confidence in her abilities. She exceeded my expectations. On the front end of the move Karen took responsibility to vet and retain movers. She supervised and coordinated the packing of my home, and the move. A stone the size of the home and the amount of furnishings very little was used in my new residence, which required that belongings and furnishings be donated or stored. Karen handled all of this. She was on site for the move out of my South Jersey residence, and coordinated with the building Philadelphia to handle the move-in. She had everything planned well in advance and it ran like clockwork. Because I was moving into a totally different style and size residence, Karen needed to completely design, furnish and accessorize my new residence. This required her to spend considerable time in advance designing, measuring and providing the options based upon my taste and pricing parameters. This move encompassed everything from furniture, to art, lighting, kitchen appliances, etc. Karen furnished and designed for the foyer, living room, dining room, family room and bedrooms. Karen coordinated with the vendors and my building to make arrangements for all deliveries and installation. She handled placement and timing of art. She worked with selected and vetted multiple vendors, including the movers, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. She has exemplary communication skills. We communicated multiple times daily. Based on our extensive experience together my trust in her judgment is absolute-yet, she took no steps without authority. I have absolutely no reservations about giving Karen complete access. She is completely trustworthy I have no reservations about recommending Karen Cronin. I can assure you I will be hiring her again. Completely dependable, the ultimate professional. Punctual. And, she has great taste. My place looks awesome. Constantly receive compliments. Can't go wrong with Karen Cronin!!! I would have no problem speaking with anyone considering Karen.”

“We hired McGrath Designs to redesign our living room. The room was very difficult to decorate because of numerous doors and windows, additionally the furnishings we had were outdated and bland. Krista brought back a plan that made the room work by moving 2 existing windows and adding a third thus giving the room a symmetry it didn't have before. Krista worked with us throughout the selections of rugs, chairs, sofa, tables and window treatments. For us, we know what we like but have trouble with the vision of pulling it all together and having it work! Krista has a very good eye for what works and listened to what we wanted and brought back a good selection of options in every category. “I hired Shana, SF Design Co., for several projects around my home. The first was my kitchen. Shana helped create my dream kitchen, moving my sink to the window area, creating a perfect triangle between the sink, oven, and refrigerator. Shana helped select each component from the cabinets to the flooring even the lighting. Shana helped me to step outside my comfort zone which created the kitchen I always wanted. The next project was my bathrooms. Shana took one large awkward bathroom and created two wonderful bathrooms. The first bathroom was my hall bath where Shana even thought of how to lay the tile to visually increase the size and added a window for light. Again Shana helped select the tile, flooring, and fixtures. For my master bath, which I never had, Shana helped to pick out Italian tile and shower doors that look absolutely beautiful. The last project was taking my unfinished basement to finished. Shana brought light into every nook by her design. I know have a bedroom down there with a window well egress, a game room, a laundry room, and a family room. Shana worked well with me. She creates wonderful ideas for each project.
