Kay visited, listened to how I need my home to function, talked me through the possibilities and created several mood boards to enable me to visualise how it could look. She even sent me links to the products I needed, taking the angst out of shopping for the right items. My lovely new home now feels like my space - thanks so much, Kay, for working your magic and taking the fear out of introducing pattern, colour and texture.”

“Farah designed an outside room for us which transformed what had been a yard area under a veranda into a comfortable, stylish outdoor living space. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and because of the pandemic it’s had even more use than it would have had. Not only did Farah have imaginative but workable design ideas, she also suggested re-purposing some furniture and fabric I already had and encouraged me to buy second hand furniture to restore and repaint. This made it a great project for me too and meant there was money left to splash out on signature items like a rug and light fitting. When she initially showed me her design I was unsure about several aspects of it, but went with it and was so glad I did as she really does know what works.”

“Your ID has completely transformed my living room. I didn’t know where to start and even though I had lots of ideas and knew the styles I liked, I just couldn’t pull them together. It really was a two-way partnership, they listened to my ideas, offered their suggestions and then came back with a design. We talked about the proposal, what I liked and then went away and made some final tweaks. I also used their tradespeople who were reliable and professional and made my design a reality. I now love relaxing and spending time with my family in my living room and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a bit of advice and help. They were personable, friendly and professional, and always made me feel at ease.”
