“Chi Renovation remodeled my bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, and painted all the walls. I'm very meticulous and, consequently, I am NOT an easy customer. So, when a job is done with superior quality, I want to acknowledge it and give full credit. Background I live in a 1-bedroom, Gold Coast condo that's about 700 Sq Ft. I hadn't updated it in 10 years and was really ready for change. I decided to refinish the wood floors, paint all the walls, and completely remodel the bathroom. I consulted with and received bids from 3 companies before choosing Chi-Renovation. Superior Advice & Direction Since I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do to the bathroom or the colors I would choose for the walls, I was open to suggestions. The Chi-Renovation Project Manager showed me pictures and asked questions to be better understand my tastes, how I would use the space, and my vision. He then gave me great recommendations regarding color and design elements and did most of the shopping for me. For example: He brought tile, accent options, and wood finishes to my home based on my preferences. He sent photographs of options for the fixtures, toilet, tub, etc. This was incredibly helpful because I don't have a car nor the time to do that kind of running around. I was pleased and impressed with the advice and direction that he gave me. He also met with the chief engineer for my building at the beginning of the project to manage all of the technical stuff. He made the process VERY easy for me. Exceptional Crew I was also impressed with the caliber of their expert craftsmen. The custom vanity and cabinets that they made are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly despite the awkward constraints of the space. The tilework is like art -- beautiful and flawless. And, the refinished hardwood floors look like new. Perfect! And, they completed everything in just 4 weeks! Why Chi Renovation & Design? TRUST... Before witnessing any of their work in my own space, I chose them because after seeing examples of their work and speaking to them, I trusted that they would do what they said they would do when they said they would do it and that they would do it with integrity (in terms of their professional conduct and the materials they used): On Budget - On Time - Highest Quality. I appreciated having the Project Manager (who also provided wonderful design direction) as a central point of contact for all elements of the project and their entire crew proved worthy of my trust... so much so that I felt comfortable taking a mini out-of-state vacation for the last week of the project while they painted the walls and refinished the floors. The Cost I was quoted $12,600 for the work (and that included basic building materials). I paid an additional $4,700 for my custom vanity and cabinets, tempered glass sink, brushed nickel fixtures (for the sink, tub, and shower), and tile. The price was reasonable given my vision for the space, the types design elements that I chose, and the quality of the work.”

“I have worked with Tina Muller in Drury Design to remodel 4 spaces: kitchen, powder room, hall bath and master bath. I have to say, Tina is exceptional to work with. She is also very personable, understanding and patient with clients. Our old space was old and gloomy. We had been in the house for 7-8 years. With so many inspirations we found at Houzz.com and all the magazines, we could not decide exactly what our style is: traditional, modern, contemporary, ... as we like a little bit of everything, but most of all simple, functional, beautiful. They work with high quality partners and suppliers for my appliances, granite, tiles, lighting needs... Here is a little secret: They really do stand by their projects, products, and services. You get what you pay for and you do pay for quality work and product but they don't nickel and dime you per hour. Thinking back, it was an ambitious project. We are very thankful to work with such a professional team. Tina and the Drury Design team has transformed our 25-year-old house into a beautiful, relaxing, inviting space. We are very happy with the work, the team and the services.”

“New Explode Construction Saved the Project! I don't write many reviews and did so this time because Sebastian Micle, Owner of New Explode Construction, went above and beyond the call of duty. I tried to save money on some electrical work as well as a kitchen & bathroom remodel. The original contractors made many mistakes and left the place a mess. I had a tight deadline and New Explode came in and fixed all the work and then proceeded to perform several other improvements to my condo. “After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen!
