“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Our portico tear down and new portico construction by On the Sport Home Improvement came out beautiful. Mike, Eli, and Ray were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The crew worked everyday, rain or shine, and always stopped to check with us how the project was going before moving on to the next phase. Ray was meticulous and always cleaned up the yard every day. The project did not pass inspection due to the lighting fixture not being up (our fault because it did not arrive in the mail yet) and some mortar work needed. Even though we paid the full balance before the final inspection, On the Spot came back the very next day to make the repairs and install the light fixtures and the inspection passed. I would recommend On the Spot to everyone.”
