“Tom tackled the small but necessary task of replacing the rotting stairs on our deck. Great carpentry. Stairs are now sturdy and well done to code. Tom responded quickly to my request and stuck to the schedule. He was knowlegeable and polite with fair pricing.”

“We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions. Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design. Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project. Sincerely Thomas Patrick-Odeen. “I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“John started working with A Direct back in 2004! [woah! 10 years flew right by]. John is a fantastic carpenter, as well as a great person. From a customer's point of view, they always remark on how knowledgeable and patient he is. He truly takes pride in his work, and is very thorough from design to install on each job. We only recommend a handful of contractors to walk-in retail customers, and John/Colours Construction is definitely one of them.”
