In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input.
Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge.
Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths. From beginning to end, Jim uses a partnering approach - and applies an ethical standard to his work.”

Instantly she grasped our ideas and pulled together tile selections in a matter of minutes that worked perfectly. Her next question was “What color paint are you going to use?” and she pulled out paint selections to make a fabulous recommendation even though she didn’t even sell paint.
