“I am having my kitchen redone by the kitchen and bath factory now.. They are almost done.. They just had to reorder some cabinet parts again because couple of them had chips, I guess it happens. But we had great experience with them. Their designer Jeff, supervisor mike and electrician Sergio were great and all the other workers were Good and easy to talk to.Their rates really good. All in all we are really happy that we decided to go with them.”

“These people have a pretty large variety of countertop on hand, and at nearby warehouses. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for in their inventory, but they were able to give me a list of wholesalers to visit. I found what I needed and did the purchase/install through Rock Solid. Very quick turnaround time from pulling the trigger to a new countertop in place. Prices are pretty reasonable and lower than big box stores for better quality. I would recommend to a friend. The only negative aspect of my experience was having to make a ton of phone calls to try and catch my sales person for any questions I had during the process. They are overwhelmed with business so your best bet is just to stop by instead of calling. Since I live about 30 minutes away, the whole experience gets docked a star due to the inconvenience during the process. Aside from that minor annoyance, the price and end product met my expectations and I would do it all over again.”
