What put Robert over the top was that he really wanted to understand how I used the space and came up with solutions to fit what I needed. Another thing that impressed me is how detail-oriented Robert is. He's got a great sense of style and thinks of all these details that I never would have thought of to ensure that the style is consistent throughout the space. His team and the day-to-day project manager (also named Robert) were great. They did good quality work and didn't hesitate to fix anything I asked them to. I always knew exactly what I was spending. There were no surprises. Because I'm a single woman, I was worried about dealing with contractors, but they made it easy and even fun. I highly recommend them.”
