“This was a total kitchen remodel with everything being gutted. Electrical was not up to current code and this was promptly taken care of by Bob, the electrician. We had discussions about where to put outlets and under counter lights. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. They are very thorough and meticulous. A couple of unforeseen structural problems were promptly taken care of and did not unreasonably impact the schedule or budget. There was a problem with a sagging floor joist under the refrigerator. Cooper crawled under the house and immediately repaired it. We had a general idea of what we wanted regarding extending a counter and enlarging a peninsula area and Dave helped with the design. Dave explained items that made a difference: ex: the difference between granite counters with a straight edge or bull nose trim. He helped us decide on the trim at the top of cabinets which matter in a house almost 50 years old with uneven ceilings due to settling. He helped decide on the opening and closing direction of cabinet doors We were away for a few days when all the cabinets and appliances arrived. They were here to receive everything in our absence and even made sure the cat was locked in the bedroom while all the doors were open. The entire crew was friendly, had a great sense of humor and was easy to deal with – Dave, Chris, Cooper and Bob. They were always prompt and called before they came. If they were going to be 15 minutes late they let us know. Even the cat missed them after the project was done.”

“Gabel’s teams did two jobs for us. First they did a backyard job that included ripping out old deck and laying new cement to match the existing pool deck and built some nice walls/sitting area around planters. This included a great covered area to keep the sun and rain out with lighting and fan. Love it! After that we tackled the master bathroom and they took it down to studs and provided us with a contemporary master bath. Couldn’t be happier with the team, prices, etc. Minor hiccups, like in any project were handled by Gabel.”

“I did a major indoor construction work to clear up mold and mildew in a couple of rental units and Juan did a great job start to finish. Juan was very reasonable with the estimate and scheduled the job as fast as he can and completed the job on time. work scope included, taking down the walls, windows and ceiling and new putting new insulation, building the walls and windows. Finally the units were painted and all the items that needs fixing was completed as well so that that units were ready to be rented. I highly recommend Juan and he does quality work and is very responsive and sticks to his schedule.”

“Felipe remodeled our bathrooms and did a fantastic job. There were a lot of challenges with the job due to old construction (dry rot, sewage, draining), which he handled with minimal change orders. He pays attention to every detail. We asked him back to do all of the floors and painting, all of which are perfect. I highly recommend him.”
