“After 50 years and many house remodeling experiences, Brandon Scherling is without doubt the best I have ever had. He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. Best of all, he comes every day, on time, and if he can't make it, he calls to let you know why. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest. He did not start the project until all supplies were available and on site, so once begun, he worked continuously until finishing 6 weeks later.”

The work is outstanding and very clean. It made a huge impact on how the entry to the house looks. The workers showed up on time and the job manager was definitely reachable and engaged.”

“My husband and I used Bestbuilt for a kitchen remodel at the beginning of August. Our old kitchen was outdated and the cabinets and counter tops were damaged and looked cheap. We were ready to invest in the kitchen of our dreams and chose the company we thought had the best craftsmanship and quality of work. The project didn't take long considering the amount of work (and the workers were always considerate of our living space and keeping it as tidy as they could). In total- the project took 6 weeks and I feel like I'm living in a different home! My new kitchen is sophisticated and chic. I'm so happy we chose Bestbuilt and I can't wait to start entertaining!”

“I found the Cranberry Paracca Flooring after an arduous process of getting bids from over 12 different companies. They came as a recommendation from a disaster restoration company which was too busy to handle the repair of my leaking shower and removal & replacement of all the contiguous tile. Gary Paracca & co. came in with a competitve bid, confidence in the ability to handle all the crazy surprises than come with completely gutting a 75 year old bathroom. I would not have thought of them at first, but I am so happy that I hired Paraccas. They did a fabulous job--both on budget & on time! The installers are very skilled, knowledgeable and able to think creatively to work around surprises. All in all, this was good experience with a beautiful result.”
