“Tavia has now designed six spaces for us. Every one of them is functional down to the square inch, beautiful, and standing the test of time. After two years, we have yet to say "I wish I had…" Her eye is impeccable, but her listening skills, her perseverance in questioning every drawer, surface and angle, and her willingness to stay with the job until it is completely finished are what sell me. She takes 100% responsibility for delivering a space that is perfect for her customer. She has great enthusiasm for the design, but also problem solves every step of the delivery. “We expanded our 1940's cape and outfitted a large red birch cabinet kitchen and two bathrooms with materials from Kitchen EnCounters. We were very pleased with the quality of materials and Dawn's level of dedication. Our custom kitchen was extremely functional and looked great. We outgrew our house, and it sold in less than 1 week. The feedback we got was that the kitchen was gorgeous. It definitely stood out from other houses on the market. Now we need to re-do the kitchen in our new house with Dawn!”

“Karen designed both my kitchen and my master bathroom. She is creative and thoughtful in her designs and problem-solving. She is very collaborative when working with her customers. This is especially helpful when doing a remodel project with limitations on space and infrastructure constraints. She will go the extra mile to get her client what they want and need for function and value. She even drove me to Boston to look at bath fixtures and other items at the Design Center, just so I could have a complete range of items to chose from for my new bathroom, She also takes care of customers after the project is completed, and anything that doesn't perform 100% gets addressed and corrected. Her humor and practical view towards her work is also most appreciated.”
