“Our kitchen was completed about 18 months ago and we love it Simon made it really easy at the design stage - and it was a mixture of me going to the showroom and Simon coming to our house. he had some great suggestions but kept to the simplicity and the style we wanted. We knocked 2 rooms into one to create one large kitchen All the work (with the exception of the floor) was done by contractors who do a lot of work for intoto and are used to working at a high standard and not one of them needed to be called back. work started on time and finished on time and the house was left in a clean and tidy state every night and we felt we could trust all of the contractors who came into our house . The only issue we had was with the Karndean floor - it was arranged through intoto but Karndean weren't great and they did have to come back twice to finish the floor properly couldn't recommend the Wokingham Intoto team highly enough.”

“We were having a significant amount of extension work carried out by a local professional project management company. A new kitchen was a major part of this project. The project management company directed us towards their usual fitter - an established company we were aware of. We saw this company and described a feature we wanted. We were told by them that there was no space for this feature. We were supplied with one black and white plan of what we were told could be done. We got the impression that no effort was being put in and the company assumed they already had our business and we were an inconvenience. We then looked around and found Arc+be. From the beginning it was a totally different experience. Jide is so enthusiastic about his work. He began by saying not only was there room for the feature we wanted but he could make it bigger if so desired. He was friendly and appeared as excited about our new kitchen as we were. He spent time with us finding out our likes and dislikes and what use was to be made of the kitchen - a lot of our cooking is not traditional western style, though much is. Jide came up with three suggested plans for us, not only showing the proposed layouts but, for each one, providing a colour, computer generated image of what it would look like. He talked through all the options with us and different finishes etc.. We had no hesitation in placing our order with this company. We were provided with a full cost breakdown, copy of the plan and image of the fitted product together with pictures of the white goods, cupboards, finishes (down to the draw handles) we had chosen. The whole extension was a stressful time but having the kitchen fitted was a pleasure. We were kept informed at all stages, work was done when we were told it would be done and when there was a glitch we were brought solutions not excuses. (e.g. the American style fridge freezer we had selected was not available, Jide told us this and offered us a better one, at the same price to us, that he had already ensured was available). Throughout the build, and after it had been completed, we felt that this project was as important to Arc+be as it was to us. Everyone we dealt with - the planner, the fitter, the tile fitter - came across as true professionals who took a pride in their work and enjoyed what they were doing and we're not just doing a job. They are craftsmen (and women). I am not in the habit of making recommendations but I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I would say to anyone thinking of a new kitchen, talk to this company and compare them to others. I feel sure they will come out on top.”

“We had a vision. Adam made it come to life. For too long we were talking about rearranging our Victorian terraced home to create a kitchen diner which could be the centre of family life. We came up with a two part plan of adding a conservatory and relocating the kitchen. Part one was completed last autumn and then we set about looking for help in the design and installation of a kitchen. We went to the large DIY outlets and a large retailer but although they could provide to our design they weren't inspiring. We took a punt and thought we'd try a local independent and that was when we met Adam. From the start Adam listened and made suggestions and improvements. He was patient and came up with designs and additions to enhance the dream kitchen we were chasing. We'd budgeted, of course, and we blew that budget, of course, but what we got was a kitchen far better than we'd imagined at the start. We found Adam's costings competitive and everything was set out for us. No hidden extras only additions for work that we wanted. There were problems. We are talking about a 140 year old house and original flooring. Adam would show us the problem and talk through the options. So everything took a little longer than expected; it was worth the wait. I must also mention the help and support that Elizabeth, Adam's wife, gave to help us choose the things that make a great kitchen. Finally, all of the tradesmen Adam used were professional and Pleasant. I recommend Adam for your kitchen.”
