“We hired Leslie to completely gut and remodel our bathroom. We were kinda worried because it was old and had water damage. Leslie explained to us in advance what problems might be found and let us know what the process would be. There were change orders because there was a lot more water damage than expected. Leslie did all of the work herself (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.) That was great because there was no 'waiting' on other contractors to do parts of the job. I've heard of stories where people had their water turned off for days. Not so with Leslie! It's amazing to find a contractor that does all parts of the job and on top of it, she's a very easy going person to work with. And of course, she's a woman and I absolutely love that. The bathroom came out beautiful and I made a new friend. Thanks so much for making it such a pleasant process.”

“Dave Callas is the owner of the company and was great to work with from day one. HV Renovations was recommended by my mortgage broker. We were buying a new home and wanted to put in a new kitchen, remove some walls and relocate a sliding glass door and a couple windows. We financed the project through a renovation loan with Wells Fargo and we were at the 11th hour in terms of getting our plans to Wells and we just weren't happy with the pricing and relationship we had with the contractor we had been working with. We called HV Reno and Dave came out right away and gave us a much better quote. Dave's experience with major renovations helped him identify if the walls were load bearing and the costs associated with relocating baseboard heat, plumbing and electric. He has a network of specialists like plumbers and electricians that allow him to quote a job accurately. HV Renos work was quick, clean and high quality. They were very fair and easy to work with on change orders. Excellent communication and easy to get in touch with. Dave also has a lot of experience with Renovation loans and made that process very easy for us. I can't tell you how important that is because when you're dealing with banks and draws on construction loans, you need a guy who has enough capital to keep his guys working while he works out any issues the bank might have releasing the draw. I would highly recommend HV Renovations and Dave Callas to anyone.”

“We decided to go to the Happ's showroom and look around for kitchen ideas. We met with Tom Clark and discussed our current kitchen and the problems it had and what we were hoping to accomplish in a new kitchen. He knew exactly what I wanted after I described it to him and started to map out my new kitchen. We decided on Happ's because it was a one-stop deal and we didn't have to worry about any price changes or additional costs after we signed the contract. His no surprise guarantee was music to my ears! We did negotiate a price we were both agreeable to. I was then told to look at cabinets, granite samples, tile and cabinet pulls and knobs and to pick out what I wanted. I felt like a kid in a candy store! Mike N. was the lead on constructing my kitchen. He is very skilled and talented and a perfectionist! My kitchen belongs in a magazine it is so beautiful! Tom actually put it on his post cards he sends out to advertise his design center. I cannot say enough about Tom, Tim and Mike and the rest of the crew who made my dream kitchen a reality!
