“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“I'm sooo happy I chose to go with Tal, Yosi & Creative Remodeling #1. A lot of companies promise the world, but when it comes to deliver they fail miserably. Trust me, I've had a few problems when it came to this. Creative Remodeling and Tal were so good that I have already referred 2 of my friends and family members. You would think because the prices were so competitive that the quality and service would suffer, but we were happily surprised that it went even more smooth than anticipated. They were extremely easy to reach, and they were always on point in responding. Thank you Creative Remodeling #1 and know for sure who to contact in my next project!”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. “Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

“Amazing talent! They made the vision of my dream kitchen a reality. I would tell anyone looking for a custom kitchen to look no further...these brothers are the best! They are patient and thoughtful, focused on quality and ensuring you get exactly what you want and need from start to finish. We met with 5-6 different companies before we found these guys. Half were afraid to tackle our island design, others gave us quotes that were outrageous that used lower quality materials. They were fair and upfront about cost and timelines. They worked on my kitchen as if it was their own. They made extra efforts to help save cost without giving up quality. My husband and I have remodeled 3 kitchens in the past 15 years...we are very particular about how we want things and what we want. They took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. They used their extensive experience and thoughtfulness to fine tune and perfect the design before a single board was cut. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I will be using them again when I remodel my 2 baths and a laundry/mud room.”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Progressive Builders. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers. My master bath is beautiful thanks to them.”
