She did an outstanding job with helping me design a beautiful kitchen, also bath, office and laundry room cabinets which we purchased from Creative Kitchens. She worked tirelessly offering great ideas that made my decision making so much easier. She was always available to answer questions and helped me stay pretty much within my budget offering different ideas and suggestions. Her eye for paint colors is tremendous, I've received so many comments on my beautiful walls and exposed pipes and I'm so happy with the flow of colors throughout the entire condo. “Our master bath was completely rebuilt from the stud walls out with custom tile and glass walk in shower with multiple heads and tiled bench, custom built maple vanity with double bowl sinks, Quartz counter top w/ matching quartz on top of shower half wall and privacy wall. The vanity was built on site to our specification of materials and finishes and there were numerous excellent choices for tile/quartz and granite. All of the craftsman were a pleasure to work with and all certified in their fields (Plumbers/electricians/carpenters etc)employees of the company and not subcontracted. The project started when expected, came in on budget and took just a little longer than planned but The finished product exceeded our expecations and I will and have recommended this company.”

“Design and oversee construction of an approximately 900 square foot "spa-like" area with direct access to an outdoor pool. The space was within our existing house, but was previously an unfinished storage area. It involved the construction of both men's and women's locker/dressing/rest rooms, a sitting area, laundry area and a large storage room. While the cost did exceed our initial expectations, the project was completed timely and the end result was what we originally asked for -- a very high quality, unique space that astounds those who have seen it.”

“I am a sales representative with American Woodmark Corporation. My company has a line of cabinets sold at Lowes called Shenandoah Cabinetry. Lowes is my account and Bryan is one of the designers at Lowes in Pikeville, KY.
I have been in the industry for 6 1/2 years now and have met several designers over the years. I would place Bryan at the very top of the list when it comes to design skills, professionalism, knowledge, and creativitiy. Bryan takes his business at Lowes miles further than any other designer. He took the initiative to learn the NKBA guidelines and apply them to designs. He also took the initiative to get certified by the NKBA. Very few designers at Lowes take this opportunity.
Bryan thinks outside the box when it comes to designing a kitchen. He is very efficient in qualifying his customers and meeting their needs. Bryan listens to what his customers want, but he also asks great questions to get customers to think beyond a beautiful kitchen and think about functionality of the kitchen. He wants to make sure the kitchen is not only beautiful, but that it meets the needs of the customer and their lifestyle.
Bryan also makes sure to stay on top of the newest design trends in the industry. He is always researching design information, reading kitchen and bath magazines, taking classes to enhance his design skills, reading market research provided by the NKBA, etc. He also takes full advantage of social media, such to reach out to consumers. Bryan is definitely connected and up to speed on the current trends.
