“Frank, of Dynamic Design-Build, has completed numerous home improvement projects for us, including a bath remodel, complete kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, a sunroom addition, and patio. He provides detailed, accurate designs, anticipates everything the project might entail, and provides an estimate which encompasses the entire job. He is on site with his contractors, monitoring every aspect of the job. The carpentry and finishing details are outstanding. Frank works with the customer to personalize every detail, and has been flexible if changes are desired.We continue to use Dynamic Design-Build, and frequently recommend them to others.”

“Jack and his professional crew were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful and respectful of my decisions. They completed our new kitchen quickly and were neat while doing so. The estimate came in close to the final cost and we would recommend them to anyone. We have had a bad experience in the past and proceeded with caution this time. We were very grateful that Jack was so honest and respectful from the beginning.”

“Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”
