Over an intense two-month period, Deivid and his team worked tirelessly to meet very tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. He was incredibly accommodating, helping out with other minor fixes around the house, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. Throughout the entire process, Deivid made us feel comfortable and supported - it was like working with a friend who genuinely cares about your home and satisfaction. The final result? The bathrooms were transformed beautifully, each detail meticulously taken care of from tiling to ventilation to plumbing. It's evident that 89 Home Service takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the finish. After listening to us talk about the many possibilities for our addition, Jim provided us focus and a fabulous concept for our new master bedroom suite. He collaborated with us and an architect to ensure a solid plan, and in a few short months, Jim and his team built the addition over our garage that blends as if it has always been a part of the house. “I’ve had the chance to work with Oak Grove Builders on a project where I needed to renovate a kitchen and bathrooms. I hired Oak Grove Builders to do the work. From the start , they walked me through all the details before hand. From choosing the materials for both the kitchen and bathrooms, then the cost of it all. They also did a 3D drawing for me to envision. the process was smooth and transparent. “Suffice it to say, I am not sure I would have made it through the reno process without Sara! From the outset, she was professional, kind, detail-oriented, and honest, with a good sense of humor! She listened carefully and offered just the right amount of structure and support that we needed. Her combination of experience, design intuition/skill, and attention to detail was incredibly reassuring for us. And, her commitment to the quality of her work was so apparent when she came out after our kitchen was framed and checked measurements five different times with the laser to be sure the dimensions were accurate before ordering all the cabinets. This saved us significant money and stress as the dimensions had shifted by over five inches from the plans! Honestly, I could not recommend Sara more highly. We LOVED her and we LOVE our kitchen! Thank you Sara.”
