He went above & beyond every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, while also providing an outstanding customer experience. Charlie was super responsive & checked-in often. I never had to wonder about next steps as Charlie always made sure I knew what to expect. I was quite comfortable trusting his management of the process. When installation began, he arrived promptly with a very experienced & professional team. When the countertops were done, they were mindful of my home & cleaned up well. There was nothing for me to do, but enjoy my new countertops. The next day was the installation of the backsplash, again, Charlie showed up promptly with an experienced professional to do the job. “Lotus Home Improvement made our complete kitchen renovation a pleasant and satisfying experience! It was obvious right away that Marcus and Camille knew what they were talking about. They are a husband and wife team who both work very hard and compliment each other so well too. They did an initial visit and did measurements, showed us pictures of their past work and listened to what we had in mind. They came back a short time later and had created a beautiful design based on our needs and wants for us and guided us to the right cabinet choices. I really appreciated them always trying to point out where less expensive choices would be good, so we could spend where we needed to and save where it was ok to save. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. The installation went so well too. Their installation crew is fantastic! On time everyday, clean and remarkable work. Marcus warned us about the chance of unforeseen issues and he was diligent with keeping us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again if I should have to do a remodeling project in the future. If you have a remodeling project, please use support this family business. “Sue and Sean of C and D Construction made my oversized attached garage into 3 rooms: a master bedroom with wood burning stove, laundry room and bathroom. They came in after I had wasted a year with an unscrupulous contractor and saved me. They were very professional, and gave me the chance to tell them exactly what I wanted and gave it to me. Also, very good about letting me know what each phase cost. I believe they have pictures of this project if you would like to see them. I am having them replace all my upstairs windows this year. I recommend them highly”

“If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Everyone I interacted with at Diamond Bath was very responsive, friendly and professional. The designer, Carrie, was outstanding to work with and made the entire process very easy. She designed our bathroom upgrade based upon our tastes and it turned out better than we could have imagined. I loved the website they use that makes it easy to pick out and confirm all of the details. Bob and the crew who worked at our house were very professional and left the house clean every day. We had one minor adjustment needed after the project was completed, and they responded and adjusted it for us within 20 minutes. Amazing! They are a local run company that feels like family. I will recommend them to several of our neighbors looking for similar work and will definitely use them again for any future work we need.”

“Contracted with Century to completely remodel our kitchen and master bath. Would rate them 10 on a scale of 10. Very professional. Worked with Andrew Liston. Can't say enough good things about him as our design consultant. Responsive to our needs. Promptly returned all calls. Pretty much oversaw the project start to finish. Workers were on time, quality work, cleaned everything up every day before they left. Would certainly hire Century for any future work.”

“I can't say enough how much we appreciated Adam and Ed and Nick at Area Flooring & Tile. We had a concrete and flooring disaster thanks to a previous contractor's poor job when we finished our basement 5 years ago. Ed and Adam worked with us to figure out how best to remedy the mess we had to fix, and Nick and Juan did a fantastic job with the repair work. It was an unfortunate situation, but all the guys were just extremely nice and understanding. They were also very responsive and always called me back and took time to address all of our questions/concerns. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Area Flooring & Tile and I would absolutely use their services again.”
