“The garage door walk-thru literally fell apart. Boyd Restoration came in, measured the area, looked at what work would need to be done, and ordered a custom door to replace what had been there. I paid for the door when it was ordered, and paid for the labor on completion. This was my choice, Mr. Boyd did not request payment first. Boyd Restoration does excellent work, the way my father would have done it. It is not sloppy or thrown together. Extra care is taken in the finished project so that the home looks good. I found Brian Boyd to be honest, and has a good reputation and work ethic. I recommend Boyd Restoration for any project you may have around your home or business.”

“As a designer of luxury additions and kitchens, I prefer to recommend the general contractor so I know my client will get top notch treatment. There are a few great ones in this town. But in this case the client brought the contractor in, and what a pleasant surprise it has been! Brian Oltmanns and his project manager Mike have been wonderful to work with. The level of communication between them and the clients, who naturally are inquisitive about a process of which they know little, has been fantastic. Their subcontractors are excellent. They have exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Central Construction. I look forward to working with them again. I will post project photos at a later date.”

“This business employs professional people who are very knowledgable of their skill and are excellent at developing plans that utilize every bit of space. The products are of very high quality. Price is average but then again if you buy cheap you get cheap. They stand behind their products that are custom built if need be, so there is nothing cheap here. Keep up the great work!!!”

“I have worked with Shelly on many projects throughout the years, she is always been very meticulous in what she does. Shelly goes far above and beyond to make sure that her designs meet the customers needs, she looks at every aspect of the project paying close attention to detail and Design. I have been a contractor in the Indianapolis area for 22 years, I have worked with many designers throughout those years, I would say in my professional opinion Shelly is definitely the best designer I have worked with I have never had any issues or shortcomings with her designs / projects, she always double checks what she orders to make sure that there are no missing pieces are left out parts, and from an installer point of view that is very important. Because a simple wrong cabinet or a simple piece of missing molding or a filler can cause weeks of delay to a project. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for somebody to go the extra mile and step outside of the box a little bit with a kitchen or bath design.”
