“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”

This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

Previous estimates from contractor's we received did not match the price nor the quality of material that you have given to us. Our years in dealing with contractor's have always left us feeling the job wasn't done right or when completed it didn't look the way we intended it to. We cannot say that about the both of you. You have restored our confidence in hiring a contractor. We've never met a team that works well together as the both of you do. You are both personable, talented and create designs that you make extremely affordable. We can say with all sincerity that the transformation you made to our kitchen condo was unbelievable. We are so glad that we picked you to help design and complete our kitchen. We took before and after pictures, then sent them in emails to our friends. We'd like to share just a few comments with you: "Oh the pictures are beautiful! Gorgeous!!!! Awesome!!!!! Did you notice the handles on the cabinets match the handle on the microwave?" Lynn "OMG - the new kitchen is gorgeous!!! LOVE the cabinets and counters and, well, everything!! Looks like a glass tile backsplash? Nice.great job!! Bet you can't wait to be there! “This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys”
