The tradesmen were outstanding. Beautiful work and very respectful of our home keeping it as clean as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better finished product. We would recommend this company to anyone. Might I add that we got three bids on our project. Kitchen Expo was not the least expensive but were the most professional and promptly responded to every question we had during our decision process. “When we remodeled our kitchen in 2014 Amanda was the assistant to the designer. She was instrumental in helping me with design ideas and she was very knowledgable, making suggestions that I would not have considered. Amanda played a major role in the success of our project and she was our point person. Communication is profoundly important to me and Amanda never disappointed. She followed through on every detail and I always felt extremely supported by her. I would hire Amanda again without ANY reservations. Not that I would expect the free replacement but her willingness to provide stellar customer support long after the project was complete speaks volumes. They were willing to make the changes that we requested and strove to meet the deadlines, despite the glitches caused by our floor refinisher. We used them again to do our laundry room and had the same experience. Can't wait to get started on our master bath!”

“Last January, Alex from Champion Remodeling Group came over to bid on our luxury, upper-level master bathroom project, requiring extensive plumbing and duct work that extends into the kitchen ceiling located below. He was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. Unlike the other three companies we considered, he provided an extremely detailed quote and scope of work within 48 hours. There were multiple revisions and adjustments necessary as we fine-tuned the specifics, and Alex was quick and responsive when doing so. After spending several hours answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns, we signed the contract. While we selected the decor, marble tile, and waited for the custom cabinets, the Covid pandemic hit and we delayed the project. Alex was in contact with us on a regular basis, asking if there were products we needed him to pick up or order. When the job finally started, his team—Johnny, Ronny, and Tony—were pleasant and easy to work with. The job turned out to be a little more challenging than expected due to typical problems that arise when remodeling an older home, but his crew wasn’t phased. Most importantly, they were very receptive to our feedback, and meticulous while incorporating the details. Several times I asked for their input on various aspects of the interior design and ornamentation, and their opinions were very helpful. Alex and his crew provide a solid service.
