“I'm very pleased with the results of the bathroom renovation Bolger Design + Remodeling did for me. It was a complete overhaul of a tiled-to-shoulder-height 1950s bathroom, so demo to the studs was a major project in itself. All the craftsmen were polite, cooperative and skilled. They and Brian kept the project on schedule. The drywall team in particular were excellent, doing a great job despite the bad March weather that made things more challenging. Brian was responsive and communicated well as the project progressed. The price was very fair and reasonable for the quality job that was done. Bolger will absolutely be among the first I call for quotes on future projects and I recommend the company with confidence.”

“We live in a house first occupied in 1876. We have worked with Connor on 3 projects, but the last was the most extensive and involved opening floors and walls, plumbing, electrical work, design and installation of a totally renovated bath, laundry and library area. The project took months and was certainly exhausting, but Connor and the professionals with whom he works were excellent in their work and in their professional relationships. The end result is beautiful, unique and so enjoyable. The structure of the house, as well as electrical and plumbing have prepared the house for another 100+ years.”

“We had previously worked with Dan at Valor Home Innovations on re-flooring our 20' x 30' deck with cedar and were very happy with his work. He was our first thought when we wanted to remodel our guest bathroom. He is very patient and listens to your ideas while offering solid advice on what works and/or alternatives based on his experience. He is willing to work with you whether you just need help with specific tasks as part of a larger project or to complete everything in its entirety. Once the project has started, he is extremely focused and hard working yet makes time to keep you up to speed and/or bring up any issues that usually aren't known before the project begins. No remodel job is straight forward, no matter how small, and there will always be hidden issues. Our deck required additional framing as, unbeknownst to us, it was previously added on to and our bathroom studs were obviously installed by the lowest bidder. Each time, Dan was honest and up front about the additional time and cost required to properly remedy the situation. He is a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend him.”
