“My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“The hardest part was finding someone to trust to remodel our Kitchen and two Bathrooms with care and professionalism. Since we never hired a contractor in Florida we didn't know where to start but we knew what we didn't want to end up with. Finding Jim was a true blessing. He explained all of our concerns up front without us even asking. Jim's design was much better than we could have imagined and the finished project is outstanding to say the least. We generally do not feel comfortable recommending any services or companies but with Jim Anderson we will not hesitate to anyone looking for kitchen and bath remodeling. “Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys”
