Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. “We hired Bluejay Nest to finish a detached studio on our property. The main contractor, Gerardo, first came out to view the studio to provide us an accurate estimate for the job, Afterwards, they followed up via email with a detailed estimate. Vanessa and Gerardo are professional, quick to respond and knowledgable about the remodeling business. Gerardo's crew was available to complete the project around the new years holiday. They installed sheetrock and trim before painting the studio. In addition, they installed engineered hardwood flooring. The team cleaned up the work site meticulously as well. “I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Wei and his team! My kitchen had an unexpected leak that led to mold, which damaged our cabinets and part of the surrounding wall. After having the space cleaned and dried out, we needed to hire a contractor to handle the remodeling of the entire kitchen. There were things that I didn't like about my kitchen before this happened (light switch was in the wrong place, sink was in an awkward spot, countertop was sloping, pantry was a sad closet with only four shelves, and wall was not perfectly straight), so we took this opportunity to remodel the kitchen the way we would like it to be. Wei came out and gave us some great ideas on kitchen design and flow. Then, we went to their showroom and picked out our tiles and found such beautiful materials to work with. He was great at getting back to me whenever we had questions or concerns. We ordered our appliances through him and his crew did all of the installation. We did have a few delays, but it was due to city inspections and illness, and Wei was always great about communicating with me and sending a crew on a Saturday if they wanted to make up time. And any time I had concerns about something, he was always quick to send someone over to fix whatever needed adjustment. The work that his crews did on our home was awesome and they fixed all of those things in our kitchen that used to drive me insane! I've already referred him to my friends and will definitely hire them again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms!”
