“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Valente and his crew do phenomenal work. We first hired them last year to build an outdoor pool cabana, and he's since done other jobs for us. Their work is beautiful - precise, solid, smart. On top of that, Valente and his guys are hard-working, very communicative and open to discussion, and supremely courteous. Very highly recommended.”

They guarantee timely completion within budget, workmanship, strong communication with regular updates and minimal disruptions. When selecting a general contractor, we consider punctuality, professionalism, quality of work, communication, and problem-solving ability. I highly recommend KIBA and Jonathan. They may not have the same skill set as the Toll Brothers but they are the best in your market.”

“To say Mike, Isaac & the entire crew at MLE did a good job isn't enough. We started with a small leak, which ended up being a larger water ingress & black mold issue, & ended up with a dream kitchen, a dream bathroom, all new windows & an exterior touch up. Mike & Isaac always listened to our concerns & provided us with very confident feedback based on their experience but were also very honest for things we asked about that they knew would push us way beyond our budget for marginal cosmetic or functional improvement. I believe this is the 6th home project that Mike has worked with us on & since day one, his work methodology has always been the same. Listen to the customer, provide knowledgeable feedback, always honest about what he doesn't know (i.e. "we'll know more after we remove the drywall") & provides tiers of cost options. We have more updates we want to do to our home. Mike will be the first person we call.”

“My kitchen was 30-40 years old and falling apart. Cory helped me find what I wanted. His men were immediate, efficient, polite, fast and skilled. They coordinated beautifully with Mapleworks (see other review) who did the remodel and cabinets. They had the counter tops and tile installed in one day at the perfect time. The results are beautiful. The countertops are beautiful white quartz with flecks of gray, silver and sparkle that pick up the stainless steel appliances. The glass tile backsplash is yellow, white,gray and silver to pick up floor paint, etc. The price below is the entire job (cabinets, paint, etc) which was done in the space of a month.”

“My kitchen transformed from an 80th kitchen with brown and dated cabinets to a modern chic kitchen with an elegant look in which I wanted to accomplished for awhile. from conceptual stage to completion, I was well attended by the wonderful team and project manager/ designer. At the conceptual stage, I was assitend by the designer for all material selecting and purchasing, color coordinating and other decision making. Throughout the construction I have received daily updates as to what is next, my house kept clean, and all my questions were addressed right away. Now I get to enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I thank this great team of people that made this happen and will highly recommend them to my friends and family”
