“SABI Construction did an amazing job remodeling our co-op apartment. The team completely remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. Jimmy and his team were unbelievably professional ate every stage during the process. They always kept us updated on progress and finished the project 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“I was very happy with the work Renovationyc did for me. The first project was a built in and some window shades. I was so impressed with their customer service and product that I hired them to do a gut renovation of my rental. Again they delivered on time and the apt rented in one week. They are always punctual and respectful. The neighbors at my rental tell me I have the nicest contractors. They work with you to give you what you ask for and to keep to schedule. I highly recommend them. Their custom built ins and window treatments are high end.”

“Makaj was the general contractor for a gut bathroom renovation that we ordered through Block Renovation. We had no familiarity with the company, but we were immediately impressed by both their thoroughness and professionalism. Despite some hiccups with inspections and permits, they handled all issues without a hassle or effort. I was also impressed with the overall quality of the subcontractors who were used. There were some minor issues that cropped up, but Joe immediately attended to them and ensured we were satisfied before signing off on the project. There were no corners cut. At the end of the day, everything was done right. I would be happy to use them for other projects. You can't take for granted having a comfort level with a G.C.”
