“Dana Evans could not have been more responsive, helpful and attentive with our kitchen remodel. We were gone during the time cabinets were measured and ordered and countertops were installed. Dana checked on the workmanship and kept us in the loop via email. Months after the cabinets were installed, and only when we returned to our vacation home, we discovered that the company had sent the wrong cabinet. Dana contacted them and arranged for a replacement. We could not be happier with her outstanding service.”

Benson's had a new one immediately made and shipped to our home. The kitchen exceeded our dreams and we love to spend time there.”

There is an amazing group of people there to work with! Jeff, the cabinet designer, has worked in the business for about 25+ years and understands cabinetry detail like no one else in the area. Owners Jodi & Denise are hands on & wonderful to work with. The showroom, well that has SO many amazing choices for tile - and make sure you check out the gorgeous granite slabs in the back! Just between the product selection available and the professionalism of the staff - there is no way I'd go anywhere else in the Rockford area for countertops, kitchen backsplashes or custom cabinetry.”

Gary, Stephanie, and Kelly were wonderful to work with. The project was planned out, I knew what my expenses were going to be, and changes were minimal. If I did change something, a change order was made and I knew where I stood. Their input was always helpful but they listened to my wants and opinions too. I enjoyed the experience with them enough that, a few months later, we worked together again to update my master bath!”

Researching to find a new company to recommend we had trouble finding an independent dealer that met our criteria. However during our research we came across Penny's Houzz page and were impressed by her design work and by the independent and creative spirit demonstrated by creating a Houzz page of your own while working at a home center. Besides being a competent kitchen designer Penny must be some go-getter! She is the first home center designer our company has ever recommended.”
