“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

She listened and understood what I wanted and then improved upon that vision dramatically creating a flawless and beautiful result. “We purchased a house built in the mid 70s that hadn't been touched since the mid 70s. We've spent the last four years fixing up almost every room in the house, and the kitchen was the last room we had left. While we were happy with the other rooms, we weren't excited about the contractors we had used to complete the jobs. Going into the kitchen remodel we were half expecting another average experience, but the final product is exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. I love everything about it. The job was completed within the timeframe quoted and on budget. There were a few hiccups here and there, but they were all addressed and resolved timely and efficiently. All of the crew - Roy, Troy and Apollo are very friendly, responsive and responsible. I would recommend them to anybody looking to remodel their kitchen.”

“My relationship with AGC began in late 2020 when I hired them to remodel our main bathroom. I wanted our bathroom to reflect 20,000 leagues under the sea theming, and they not only did a fantastic job, they were able to help with ideation and some thematic touches, like our squid shower drain! I invited them back last summer to remodel the downstairs portion of our home. It was a huge overwhelming project, including our kitc hen, dining room, living room, guest suite (with full bathroom) and half bath. In the short time between our first bathroom project and this one, they had already incorporated a lot of prior feedback and grown their team. I knew it would be a difficult project- I had an idea for cabinet doors that I could not find anywhere, I wanted a rustic theme, but not farmhouse, and I wanted to incorporate a kayak chandelier we made, and I had lots of ideas of colors, theming, etc. The cabinets ended up having to be custom made, and AGC really delivered an amazing product. During the process they continued to deliver first class service. They established the work site with a set of dust barriers, and it really helped keep our living area separate from the chaos. Everyone who came to the house was courteous and professional. Our space was treated with respect and I felt comfortable with everyone who came in. Any questions and concerns we had were not only answered quickly but addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Want makes them stand out? Communication? Certainly. Responsiveness? absolutely. But AGC goes beyond even that. They really care about delivering a great product and making sure you're happy. We ran into snafus along the way, and AGC not only handled the issues, but they anticipated the ensuing chaos and helped us stay comfortable throughout it all. We demoed during the winter and had to get the gas turned off until we jumped through the permit hoops, and AGC made sure that we had heat and warm showers each day. Thank you so much to all of you for your hard work!”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside.
