All touch points of our project was a pleasure to work with KSB on, from budgeting through completion. They are incredible with attention to detail and won't stop until everything perfect. “Tom tackled the small but necessary task of replacing the rotting stairs on our deck. Great carpentry. Stairs are now sturdy and well done to code. Tom responded quickly to my request and stuck to the schedule. He was knowlegeable and polite with fair pricing.”

They are truly unique to the industry. They work with their clients for a period of 1-6 months and they manage, if not exceed, their clients expectations throughout the entire process. The fact that they can maintain that level of satisfaction for so long is truly remarkable. When our company shows up to install gutters on a DBS Remodel job, the client is constantly raving about how amazing they were, how well they were with their kids and dogs. Some have even said they flat out "miss them"! We highly recommend this company!”

“I renovated a powder room and a kitchen. In addition, I had a wall unit for the family room constructed. I love the fact that the kitchen cabinets go all the way to the ceiling giving more space for storage and the quality of the cabinets it top of the line. The company was here on a daily basis and sometimes even on a Sunday until the project was completed. Telephone calls were promptly returned. I would definitely recommend Southeast Kitchen and Bath.”

Working with Rachel and Drew was a pleasure including their professional ability to understand our requirements and ability to keep our kitchen remodeling project on time and within our planned budget. The completed result made our home look beautiful and provided a floor plan that works for our needs. Their design, execution, and careful attention to every little detail are exceptional. “We hired Marie Frenkel of DreamStyle Kitchens and Baths and were very please with her great ideas and energy helping us transform our kitchen from an old and dreary space into a beautiful, efficient work space. Marie was easy to work with, offered many practical options to improve the work flow in our kitchen and by utilizing some of our existing appliances we were able to stay within our budget but did not compromise on quality or that special look we both wanted for our kitchen. “My present home in Carmel, NY is the 8th restoration which I have undertaken--7 of which were historic dwellings, from as early as 1720 and 1740--that included outbuildings as well. The restoration of this c. 1920 cottage was accomplished with the expertise and professionalism of Mr Constantino and the competent sub-contractors which he engaged. Mr Constantino's superb skills as a finish carpenter, tile setter and mason, as well as his innate good taste and technical expertise have produced wonderful results. The project included the almost total re-building of the main house: entry, living room, office-library, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; the fireplace chimney required an interior reconstruction; the large open porch has become a delightful 3-season room; and the separate garage was insulated, sheet-rocked, painted. In addition. It was evident that all of the sub-contractors hold this contractor and his associates in the highest regard. In addition, at the end of each work-day, the job-site was left in mint condition. It would be a privilege to recommend RoSal as an experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and ethical contractor.”
