“Suffice it to say, I am not sure I would have made it through the reno process without Sara! From the outset, she was professional, kind, detail-oriented, and honest, with a good sense of humor! She listened carefully and offered just the right amount of structure and support that we needed. Her combination of experience, design intuition/skill, and attention to detail was incredibly reassuring for us. And, her commitment to the quality of her work was so apparent when she came out after our kitchen was framed and checked measurements five different times with the laser to be sure the dimensions were accurate before ordering all the cabinets. This saved us significant money and stress as the dimensions had shifted by over five inches from the plans! Honestly, I could not recommend Sara more highly. We LOVED her and we LOVE our kitchen! “I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. This project gave me absolutely ZERO headaches thanks to Chris and his team. I strongly recommend Develop X to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional company.”
