“In 2016, I came accross Jorge's business card when I was looking for a Kitchen designer to redo my old kitchen. His work was outstanding. He made the process very easy by acting as our Project Manager once the design was created. My "French Kitchen" is gorgeous, and to this day, still get so many compliments on the design. Later on, I retained Jorge for the remodeling of my garage, and my grandchildren's bedroom. I've recommended Jorge to many friends who have used his services and are very happy with the end result. My adult children have now have engaged Jorge's services for an upcoming January 2022 kitchen remodel; breaking down a wall, adding windows and designing their dream kitchen. Looking at their design through virtual reality glasses was SO cool, seeing the final product before the construction even begins! It is without hesitation that I recommend Jorge. He is on the ball, on schedule, follows through and works with honesty and integrity.”

“Melina helped me with a kitchen remodel, and then with a much more extensive house remodel. She is a great collaborator -- she knew when I was feeling overwhelmed and needed clear guidance and narrowed-down options, but she was also incredibly receptive to suggestions and intuitive about what I was trying to achieve. In my kitchen, for example, I wanted something that felt Tuscan and modern at the same time -- we mixed stone tile with glass, terra cotta flooring, stainless steel appliances, and countertops with clean, chunky edges. In the end, my kitchen feels both old and new, and both expansive and cozy -- which is just what I was trying to accomplish. Melina has both extensive design and architectural experience, so she really understands how a space will work, and she works really well with contractors to achieve design goals that are also practical. Plus, she is a lovely person with whom it is a pleasure to spend time. I wouldn't use another decorator on one of my own projects, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.”

“Lynn is a personable and knowledgeable designer. She worked with us asking specifics on what we wanted in our remodeled kitchen. Also met our specific deadline for completion. We moved out of our home as the kitchen was demolished to create our beautiful kitchen. The cabinets are wonderful and unique and the back splash is a "wow"! Everyone who sees our remodeled kitchen are strucked by the beauty and glamour it has. And the compliments are constantly coming! Lynn's assistant, Linda, is a joy to work with. She is friendly, efficient and a big plus for Lynn. She follows up quickly to any question.”

“Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs is Brilliance – Kenneth Bordewick is a top top designer. I contracted Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs to design my Manhattan Beach beach front home inside as well as outside. He is a pleasure to work with. Kenneth Bordewick's designs are genius. My home is three floors, the top floor is the living room, dinning room, den and kitchen. Second floor is the master suite and home office. The first floor is quest suite, laundry room and garage. The remarkable thing about Kenneth Bordewick is his BRILLIANCE. He was able to take my teardown and through his metamorphosis it became a beautiful butterfly. Kenneth Bordewick was under budget and completed the job early. The quality of furnishings is of the very highest standard. During his time on my project he was servicing several other clients such as Mariah Carey, Paul Mc Cartney and the Jonas Brother. How he found time for me I will never know. He made me and my husband feel like his only client. Thank you to Kenneth Bordewick and his company. Sincerely Trish Berkowitz”

“I have worked with J&M Builders on several occasions since 2018 for multiple room renovations in my home including kitchen, bathroom, laundry, dining, living, bedroom and closet remodels. Every time he has delivered great results and I have been very happy with his work. Paul, the General Contractor, and his team were all great to work with and really put care and time in my projects to deliver high quality, professional work all within and above code requirements. What's even more great about Paul is that he can do and create anything based off the ideas in your head or from pictures you find online and want to recreate. Whats more is that he is flexible and accommodating when I want to add or change things throughout the project. I have also seen his designs and work on other projects and they all have been fantastic. If you are looking for a reliable and professional GC with experience on many styles from traditional to modern/contemporary to mid century to the current trends and can make your ideas come to life then Paul and J&M Builders are your guys.”
