Unlike many contractors that I have talked with over the past several months, my emails were always returned quickly and professionally. The project was scheduled very quickly and was completed on-schedule, and the pricing was very competitive. The installation crew was friendly and respectful, even throughout some difficulty getting the counters into the kitchen due to tight clearances. There were a few small flaws in the countertop that seemed potentially avoidable: a series of small imperfections/pits along the seam, and the bevel at the front of the seam was a couple of mm away from lining up perfectly and had a small rough spot. None of these issues would cause me to consider the job less-than-professional, as the rest of the project turned out perfectly. However, the contractor's response was fantastic. I sent an email with pictures of the issues, and within a week the contractor sent someone out and both issues were completely fixed. I am very happy with the communication, work, and follow-up that has occurred and would absolutely recommend the contractor to anyone considering new counters.”
