“Concierge came to the rescue after our roof was damaged in a severe storm. They came the same day and were tarping our roof until 9pm in high winds making sure things were buttoned up - avoiding any real water damage. They came a few days later and replaced sections of shingles and trim. We’re prompt with communication estimates etc throughout, pricing was competitive. Work was impeccable, left the work site clean every day. To top it off the owners Dominic and PJ couldn’t be nicer and they are hustlers (work ethic I mean). Hope to do more projects with them in the future!”

“We hired Quinlan and Company for a complete kitchen remodel the whole area was completely gutted, with major changes to the floor plan requiring wall installation and support beam issues. We could not give them a higher recommendation they exceeded our expectations. They took care of every aspect of the remodel and kept the area nice neat on a daily basis. The kitchen is still our favorite room in the house and the quality of work speaks for itself by everyone that has seen the remodel. We also found their price quote to be the best price for the amount of work needed.”

“Very down-to-earth, Scott took great time to get to know us and our tastes (rustic, coastal country living) in furnishings and space use. He stayed on schedule and under budget (we do not have electric or plumbing requirements and I got the hardware from one of the big home DIY box stores). He took my design preferances on board and worked them into his final product beautifully (like putting in tin tile detailing on some of the cupboard doors paneling). For a custom piece, the kitchen island is a great investment.”

“They showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. Great bunch of guys they all new what they were doing and they did a wonderful job. Mike Heinrich the general contractor and I worked well together, he listened to what I wanted and needed then made it all happen. Told me which stores to go to for, plumbing, granite, tile, electrical, appliances, etc. I would like to have photos posted but can't the contractor has photos”

“Used Steve Bates firm for a remodel and install new bathrooms a few years ago. Also, use them for a few other small projects. Have the utmost respect for Steve's ideas when it comes to remodeling. This firm is up front and extremely honest and trustworthy. My final comment is that "You get what you pay for". I have no reservations in recommending Bates Remodeling for any carpentry or construction job around the house”

“We used Loud and his team for our kitchen remodel, and they were excellent to work with. They were extremely responsive and were able to get started on our project quickly. Before we started working with Lou, the process seemed daunting and overwhelming, but this team really made it easy. Throughout the whole process Lou called and updated us with everything going on. We were blown away by the speed and quality of their work. We couldn’t be happier!”

“Ikitchens etc is a team of professional, knowledgible and creative individuals who truly love the work they do & love working with each other & their clients (who soon end up feeling like "old" friends !) Having an old home with low ceilings I thought my kitchen remodel would become one big headache. Exact opposite. It went incredibly smooth & on schedule. The work area was cleaned up every day, the crew showed up on schedule & were always willing to answer any questions we had. This team gets the gold !!! So much so, I am now working with Rich and Lou Ann (owners) on my bathroom remodel. Yes, they do more than just kitchens !!! UPDATE: Bathroom remodel complete ! Once again, job well done. I was amazed at all the little details that go into a bathroom remodel but their design team thought of them all. No last minute surprises. No wonder they were the Region 1 2013 NARI Regional CotY Award winners.”

“Mikayla is a very knowledgeable and professional designer. We sat with her at RiverHead Building Supply to plan out our new kitchen. She was very considerate of our wishes and made some wonderful suggestions on various aspects of the design. She was the intermediary between ourselves and our contractor, keeping him informed as to scheduled delivery dates for different components. She was always pleasant and easily reached when we had questions or concerns. It was a very pleasant experience.”
