“Absolutely loved working with GDM for my bathroom project. After meeting with a few contractors, I knew these guys were the choice for me. The proposal was far more detailed than anyone else and they handled all the buying and storing of materials. The 3d rendering was so cool, I got a chance to see how my bathroom would look before they even started. All the workers were not only friendly but knowledgeable. This was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor!”

The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. “I can't say enough how much we appreciated Adam and Ed and Nick at Area Flooring & Tile. We had a concrete and flooring disaster thanks to a previous contractor's poor job when we finished our basement 5 years ago. Ed and Adam worked with us to figure out how best to remedy the mess we had to fix, and Nick and Juan did a fantastic job with the repair work. It was an unfortunate situation, but all the guys were just extremely nice and understanding. They were also very responsive and always called me back and took time to address all of our questions/concerns. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Area Flooring & Tile and I would absolutely use their services again.”
