“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”

“I hired the VanStratt Custom Cabinetry company to completely renovate my kitchen. I had bought a home built in 1999 and the kitchen needed a complete remodel. I have attached a before and after picture below. The only thing reused from the old kitchen was the refrigerator and dishwasher. Everything else was ripped out and thrown away. He helped us every step of the way from beginning to end. He helped with design, demolition, trash removal, ordering, shipping, delivering and complete installation. He was very knowledgeable and has years of experience which was visible from the start. I could not be happier with the end result.”

More important than the quality of their craftsmanship is their character and integrity, the best which is why I write this! They deliver the best quality of work hands down within budget on or before time. I have referred many friends and neighbors to Ken and team over the last 6 years and they all have experienced the same. “This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Susanne is an excellent contractor! We used her for the first time on a small bathroom remodel in our condo. We were so pleased with that project that we hired her for our huge master bathroom project. Years later, we decided to sell our condo and we sold it in 3 days....because the bathrooms were so amazing! We decided to buy a house on the gulf so we had Susanne go along with us to give us her expert opinions on all the properties we viewed. She helped us pick a house with great bones! 3 years later, we have the most amazing, totally updated and remodeled house on the beach! She has been with us from purchase to completion and for every ‘tweek’ since then! I can say without reservation that you will not be disappointed when you work with VanSelow Design Build!”

“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”
