“I was recommended to Bill Deger of Calvary Building Services, Inc. by a friend. Calvary (Bill) was contracted to paint and build wainscoting in my dining room and also to replace my living room fireplace surround with something more decorative. Bill was very easy to work with, always arrived on the job when he said he would, and was flexible with scheduling. I was very satisfied with his work. The fireplace and dining room look beautiful! Calvary (Bill) was also very reasonable with respect to pricing of the services performed. I would highly recommend Calvary Building Services to anyone, and plan on using them again for future projects.”

“We had them do our roof on our house after a tree fell through this winter. They did a great job working with us and our homeowners insurance company. They were respectful and did a great job replacing our roof and fixing our ceiling in our bedroom. I would recommend them to anyone in our area who is looking for large jobs around their home (decks, roofing, additions, etc.)”

“Is a really helpful and concerned contractor. Takes pride in his work. Helped me do a job that many other General contractors had refused ( It was a dirty job). Not cheap .. more expensive than I had hoped,, but within reason. . Worked quickly and got it all done when expected. Did the job of *General* contractor,, and I did not have to deal with the township,, or the plumber or electrician ..etc.”

“After rigorously interviewing five contractors (and getting estimates), we selected Modulus. We knew within ten minutes of meeting both of them that they were the designers/contractors who we'd be working with. It was the in-depth questions they asked that impressed us the most. Their input about design is probably their most important quality. Their ideas were better than ours, and we are thrilled with the finished product -- a full home renovation. Other contractors were essentially interested in the scope of the project and cost, rather than what Stephen and Marc wanted to know about: our detailed vision for the finished project. The sub-contractors they used (plumbing, electrical, demolition, carpentry, tile, et cetera) were all excellent. Modulus and its subs were excellent in communication and response time. Now to the quality of the work: never seen better! Attention to detail, creativity, suggested solutions, all wonderful. About cost: extremely competitive, and willing to work with you. They stayed at or under budget, and when there was a change in original plans, they were very clear about how that change would impact the final cost. Highly recommended.”
